Leading System Updates Across South Korea

As an HR clerk/supervisor, I was recognized for leading the successful execution of personnel record reviews utilizing the newly updated records system across all of 8th Army in South Korea. This initiative significantly streamlined HR processes and improved data accuracy, demonstrating my capability to adapt to new technologies and implement effective solutions at a large scale.

Recognized for outstanding service and dedication

My dedication to military service and excellence has been formally recognized with two Army Commendation Medals (ARCOMs) for my time at Fort Benning and Camp Humphreys. Additionally, I received one Army Achievement Medals (AAMs) for achieving 100% on postal inspections and three AAMs for organizing successful events for the Soldier and Family Readiness Group (SFRG) and fundraising efforts. These awards highlight my commitment to exceeding standards and positively impacting my community.

Committment to my Community

I was awarded a Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal (MOVSM) for dedicating over 300 hours to volunteering, showcasing my profound commitment to community service while stationed at Fort Benning, GA. I also received a Good Conduct Medal for three years of honorable service, reflecting my consistent adherence to ethical standards and professionalism. These achievements show my ability to contribute positively and maintain exemplary conduct.
